• One of the Living Dead Dolls creators, Damien Glonek, was named after the aforementioned Damien.
• One of the first dolls, along with Posey, to have blank, souless eyes.
• Damien is the first male Living Dead Doll.
• He is the first doll to wear a hat.
• Accessories include a slingshot and three books.
